This hands-on, one-semester course has been designed to help students develop technology skills that are needed to succeed in today’s ever-changing world. The course will use several popular technologies such as Google Apps, the Adobe Creative Suite, CodeHS, SketchUp and several other online applications to provide students with the skills necessary to apply technologies in such a way that they could use them to create educational and personal projects on their own time. The major applications and skills they will explore are photo editing programs for graphics use, HTML & CSS for Web development, 3D Rendering, Animation and Digital Storytelling. This course allows students to explore careers in the fields of business and information technology while learning skills applicable to any professional setting.
